About Kennedy Talent

Kennedy Talent is a pre-professional youth theater and training company producing high-quality theatrical experiences for performers ages 18 and under in New York’s Capital District.

Founded by Tara Kennedy Judd, Kennedy Talent brings real industry experience into youth theater. With a background managing and coaching children on Broadway, in film, television, and commercial work — and collaborating with New York City casting directors and talent agents — Tara applies professional standards to every production.

Kennedy Talent is committed to creating polished, meaningful shows in a structured, supportive environment where young performers are challenged, respected, and inspired to grow both onstage and off.
